Michael J. Dalton, Jr. is a personal injury attorney. A St. Louis native, he went to Duchesne High School in St. Charles where he played football. After graduating in 2001, Michael went to Mizzou where he majored in Political Science with a minor in English.

After receiving his undergraduate degree, Michael continued on at Mizzou’s law school and graduated in 2008. After law school, Michael went on to earn a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry in 2012 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Michael has always been a leader on campus and in the community. Through that leadership, he formed bonds which helped him open a successful solo practice in the St. Louis area immediately after law school. Before joining the Onder Law Firm, Michael was an associate at a well-respected St. Louis law firm specializing in car, motorcycle and truck accident litigation on behalf of those injured.  It was there that he perfected the skills necessary to be a top litigator and ultimately decided to concentrate his career on helping injury victims.

At the Onder Law Firm, Michael focuses his practice on a wide variety of serious personal injury claims involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, products liability, mass tort and class action litigation.

Michael was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney in 2014 and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis Lawyers Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Bar Association.  He joins our firm with experience and with the same commitment to excellence that has made him successful in his personal, academic, and legal endeavors.
